PARIS-New development plans drawn for Ile Seguin, located in the Paris suburb of Boulogne-Billancourt have been finally been drawn after being vacant since 1992. SAEM Val de Seine Amenagement revealed a detailed sketch showing how the city would look once built.

The designed plans also include indoor and outdoor gardens, a museum and a music hall. The total estimate for this new development has not been decided yet. For the full story, go to Wall Street Journal.
