MIAMI-Colliers International has appointed Stephen Nostrand as their managing director for their South Florida office. Nostrand has earlier served as the executive vice president for five years with the firm. As an EVP, he will direct and manage brokers and take responsibility for strategic planning and implementation.

Nostrand has over 35 years of experience in the commercial real estate business and is also a professor at the University of Miami's Real Estate Development and Urbanism program. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
