JACKSONVILLE, FL-Adecco Group North America has inked a long-term lease for 78,292 square feet of office space in Deerwood South Business Park at 10151 Deerwood Park Blvd. in Jacksonville. The firm will shift into the Class A office space by the spring of 2011.

The landlord, Flagler was represented in-house by Gary Cox, while the tenant was represented by Jim Sebesta of Grubb & Ellis/Phoenix Realty Group Inc. For the full story, go to Florida real Estate Journal.
