NEW YORK CITY-The Art of Living Foundation, a not-for-profit organization has inked a lease for 3 years for 4,000 square feet of space at 286 Fifth Ave., at West 30th Street. The asking rate for the site was $25 per square foot.
The organization will vacate its current 4,500-square-foot location at 127 W. 25th St. on Aug 15, 2010. The tenant was represented by Kaufman Organization, while the landlord, AB & Sons had in-house representation. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business.
