NEW YORK CITY-The 48-story Cassa Hotel and Residences located at 70 W. 45th St. is slated to open on Aug 1 2010. The first 27 floors of the building will house the hotel and the remaining 21 floors will house high-end residential condos. The developer, Assa Properties has hired Prodigy Network to market the building.

The residential portion of the tower will house 54 units measuring between 584 and 3,145 square feet with a price range of $949,000 to $18 million. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business.
