NEW YORK CITY-Prudential Douglas Elliman's vice chairman, Dolly Lenz took control over the sale of units at the Apthorp last summer.

Units of the building were released for sale just before the financial breakdown with asking prices reaching nearly $3,000 per square foot. Sale of Apthorp's first unit was completed last week and the total number has reached up to 11 as per yesterday's record. Still there are 38 units under contract and they will be closed soon.
