ORLANDO-Patrick Kelly has been hired by Grubb & Ellis|Commercial Florida as their managing director and executive vice president. In his new capacity, Kelly will be responsible for supervising business development, recruitment, distressed assets and will also manage the productivity of the offices in Orlando, Melbourne and Tampa.
Kelly was previously with Rubin Real Estate in Pinellas County where he served as the president of the firm. Prior to Rubin he was a partner at Vantage Companies (VRS) for 18 years. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
