NEW YORK-Union Square Hospitality Group of Danny Meyer will be opening three new restaurants, including Shake Shack and Blue Smoke, in a 14-floor tower, which is located next to Goldman Sachs' new headquarters in Battery Park City. All three eateries will be opened by next year.
