ORLANDO-Betsy Owens, the office brokerage associate of Cushman & Wakefield of Florida Inc., has successfully negotiated the renewal of lease for Neutral Tandem Inc. in Lucerne Plaza located in downtown Orlando.

Neutral Tandem, a Chicago-based firm, inked the seven-year lease deal for 2,092 square feet of office space. Neutral Tandem was represented by Owens in this deal.
