BOSTON-Samuels & Associates has plans to develop the space in the Fenway to accommodate apartment units, space for retail and office and underground parking. A letter of intent has been filed by the developer with the Boston Redevelopment Authority. The plan calls for two mixed-use buildings.

The building at 132 Brookline Ave. will accommodate 170 residential units and retail space at the bottom. The second structure will house 150 high-end units, a 200,000-square-foot retail space and a 225,000-square-foot office space. For the full story, go to The Boston Globe.
