State Signals Green for Seaport Square Proposal

BOSTON- Seaport Square LLC's proposed project has crossed a major hurdle by securing environmental authorization from the State Environmental Secretary, Ian Bowles. Seaport Square is a consortium of developers including Morgan Stanley, W/S Associates and Gale International.
The proposal includes hotels, offices, stores and residences spanning 23 acres between the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center and the federal courthouse. The company will start construction of one of the residential buildings during mid-2011.
