BOSTON-Developer Equity Residential has plans to scrap a parking lot near five-story TD Garden and build 500 rental apartments at the site. The 650 parking spaces will be shifted to an underground garage and 200 additional spaces will be added to it. Elkus Manfredi Architects has been hired for the redevelopment of the 3-acre site.
