Hancock Tower

BOSTON-Five Mile Capital Partners and Normandy Real Estate Partners, the owners of the John Hancock Tower, have put 50% to 90% stake in the tower up for sale.

Some of the leading bidders include Beacon Capital Partners, Boston Properties and Vornado Realty Trust. The present owners will continue managing the tower. Due to the slow market for constructing new towers, investors are looking to grab existing towers such as the Hancock. For the full story, go to Boston Globe.
