Nouvelle Apartment Sales Rebound

BOSTON-A 215-unit Boston-style condo in Route 9 shopping district, the Nouvelle at Natick complex is back on its feet after the worst economic downturn. Mainly due to drastic slashing of prices, almost 70% of its apartments in the 12-story condo are now sold out with prices for penthouses touching more than $1 million.
The apartments at Nouvelle are being marketed by PrimeTime Communities. General Growth Properties developed this luxury condo in 2006. For the full story, go to Boston.com.
