HOUSTON-Medco Medical Supply has inked a lease for 46,000 square feet of space in the 12-acre Round Up Business Park owned by Liberty Property Trust, who bought the park from Caldwell Cos. in July 2010. The Round Up comprises two buildings measuring 228,000 square feet located at 10301 and 10305 Round Up Lane, North Sam Houston Parkway.
Medco plans to occupy the industrial space in December 2010. It has also leased 27,000 square feet of space at Liberty's Legacy Center Business Park. For the full story, go to St. Louis Business Journal.
