NEW YORK CITY-The Obama administration has planned to introduce two new programs targeted towards helping homeowners struggling to pay their mortgages. A Federal Housing Administration refinancing attempt will be introduced by the administration to assist struggling borrowers pay their home mortgages.

The administration will also begin an emergency homeowners' loan program which will help borrowers who are unemployed keep their homes. These programs are part of the government's initiative to ensure that US citizens enjoy the benefits of home ownership. For the full story, go to New York Times.
