BALTIMORE-Bankruptcy hit department store Boscov's former stores at Owings Mills Mall in Baltimore County and White Marsh Mall in Marley Station, Glen Bernie, are heading towards a foreclosure auction on 13th September 2010.

The retail and office complex, Towson Commons will also be auctioned in September. These auctions indicate that the retail realty market is no way near the path of improvement with vacancy rates in Baltimore's commercial space market having increased to 6.8% in Q2 2010.
