ABERDEEN, MD-Merritt Properties, an office developer, has purchased a large piece of land in Aberdeen to build a business park to meet the requirements of government contractors looking for space close to Aberdeen Proving Ground.

Merritt will be constructing three office buildings in more than 250,000 square feet of space, a fitness center and some small shops on 36-acres of land in Harford County on McHenry Road. Merrit plans to complete the first building by summer 2011. For the full story, go to Baltimore Sun.
