CHICAGO- Regency Centers Corp., a Jacksonville-based operator, owner and developer of community and grocery anchored shopping centers, has acquired the Glen Oak Plaza in Glenview, Illinois, for $18 million.
Regency bought the 62,443 square-foot shopping center from a Chicago-based family owned realty partnership. The Glen Oak Plaza is anchored by a Walgreens store measuring 15,754 square feet and a Trader Joe's grocery store measuring 11,944 square feet. At the time of closing, the center was 97% occupied.
