SAN DIEGO-LNR Partners Inc., a commercial realty investor, has completed the sale of the 316-room Mission Plaza Hotel & Suites to Jet Stream Hotels & Resorts and Reven Capital for a 70% loss of $12.5 million.

LNR bought the hotel for $43 million in a foreclosure auction. Jet Stream, a lodging company that runs 25 resorts and hotels with 6,500 rooms across the nation, will be the manager of the hotel. For the full story, go to The North County Times.
