CHICAGO-Rock Creek Development has started the construction of its third ranch house named the Brunswick in Henning Estates.

The new ranch will measure 2,023 square feet and consists of a complete basement, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The starting price for the farmhouse, which occupies one-third of an acre, is $389,400. Henning Estates already has two ranch models with prices ranging from $300,000 spread over 1,800 to 2,260 square feet of space. For the full story, go to Chicago Tribune.
