JOLIET, IL-Jacobson Cos., a logistics firm, has leased half of a 1 million square-foot warehouse space near Joliet from ING Clarion Partners.

The space is to be sub-leased to New Zealand-based dairy giant, Fonterra Co-operative Group Ltd., who will accept the lease if the company selects another logistics provider. The building, which was built in 2007, is located in Shorewood at 21228 Frontage Road. Jacobson is the building's first tenant. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business.
