CHICAGO-Merit Homes has reduced the price of its Libertyville homes by an average $100,000. The two-story buildings and the two-to-three bedroom ranch at The Enclave at The Reserve at the Merit Club now cost around $400,000.
The starting price of the two-to-four bedroom homes measuring 3,000 square feet is $494,900. The 17-home Enclave, a part of the 100-acre gated community named the Reserve at the Merit Club, is enclosed by custom homes and semi-custom homes. For the full story, go to Chicago Tribune.
