DALLAS-Mid-America Apartment Communities Inc., a Memphis-based apartment investor, has purchased two more Collin County apartment complexes. It has bought the 250-unit apartment, The Venue at Stonebridge Ranch in McKinney at 6530 Virginia Parkway.

Mid-America also purchased the 270-unit apartment complex, The La Valencia at Starwood in Frisco on Lebanon Road from Tonti Properties. Mid-America also acquired a retail complex and apartment in McKinney for $31.25 million. It completed the three acquisitions in less than a week. For the full story, go to Dallas Morning News.
