FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-Dollar Tree Stores, a Chesapeake-based operator of discount variety stores, has inked 10 leases in the Southeast Florida marketplace with total area measuring 99,000 square feet. The sizes of the stores vary from 5,400 square feet to 14,278 square feet.

The Rotella Group, a tenant representation firm, handled all the 10 leases for Dollar Tree Stores. The retail chain is looking for more locations across South Florida. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
