MIAMI-Plaza Advisors has announced the sale of West Bird Plaza located at the crossway of Bird Road and SW 117th Avenue in Miami. Publix and CVS Pharmacy occupy space in the 99,864-square-foot shopping center.

West Bird Plaza, which is presently 94% leased, was constructed in 1977. It is situated next to the Florida Turnpike. In the transaction, Plaza Advisors represented the seller and Jim Michalak, Anthony Blanco and Lenard Williams, the Senior Financial Analyst were involved in the deal.
