MILWAUKEE-Heartland Home Care, Hospice & I.V. Care, a nationwide health care firm based in Toledo, Ohio, is planning to set up its new office in Wauwatosa.

Heartland Home Care is leasing 8,330 square feet of office space in the Mayfair Crossing building from Wangard Partners Inc.
