ORLANDO-Harkins Commercial Inc., a division of Harkins Companies, has negotiated seven medical office deals including five leases and two sales worth $2.5 million in August 2010.

The deals include a lease of 4,288 square feet of space by Yachter Health Holdings at Equity One's Lake Mary Village at 3261 Lake Emma Road, Lake Mary, for 66-months and the sale of buildings spanning 3,128 square feet at 10945 and 10931 Dylan Loren Circle for $680,000 and $690,000 respectively.
