GILBERT, AZ-Heliae Development LLC has inked a lease for 60 months with Mountain West Industrial Properties in for 15,070 square feet of space at the 202 Business Park on 614 E. Germann Road in Gilbert.

The 202 Business Park, which measures 269,000 square feet, is an 11-building complex spread over 27 acres of land. In the lease transaction, Cushman & Wakefield represented the owner and CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant. For the full story, go to Phoenix Business Journal.
