WEST PALM BEACH, FL-Colliers International South Florida has opened a new office in Downtown West Palm Beach at 224 Datura St., Suite 515. The company has also appointed senior vice president Kevin McCarthy to lead a team of specialized brokerage responsible for the operations in the north to Martin, Palm Beach County and the St. Lucie counties.
