Johnson Capital Launches Vegas Office

LAS VEGAS-Irvine, CA-based Johnson Capital is continuing its national expansion by opening a new office in Las Vegas. The company has hired Scott Monroe as senior vice president to lead the company’s growth in this market.
The new office is in the business complex, Howard Hughes Center. This is Johnson Capital’s 16th office nationwide. Cliff Carnes, COO of Johnson Capital points out that “Opening this office fits with our plan to strategically grow in this challenging environment so we are well-positioned when the industry begins to improve.
He adds that with Monroe launching the office, “We are excited about the opportunities for Johnson Capital in this market as it rebounds.” Monroe is responsible for business development while advising clients seeking debt for acquisitions, repositioning, construction, and refinancing of all types of income properties.
Monroe comes to Johnson Capital from Q10/Bonneville Realty Co. where he was a principal of the firm and the top producer, averaging over $160 million each year. His clients have included some of the most successful real estate companies in the region such as American Nevada Co. and the Howard Hughes Co. Prior to that he was with the John Burnham Co. in San Diego for 13 years, where he was the manager of the San Diego finance division.
