NEW YORK CITY-Ladas & Parry LLP, an intellectual property law firm, has leased over 24,000 square feet space at 1040 Sixth Avenue for 15 years. Asking rents at the building were about $46 per square foot. Studley's Erik Schmall represented the tenant while Billy Cohen and Matthew Leon of Newmark Knight Frank represented Skyline Developers, the landlord.
