NEW YORK CITY-International long-distance telecomm service provider IDB Communications has renewed its lease for 90 John Street for an area of 35,000 square feet in downtown Manhattan.

According to the company, the decision to continue to the lease was spurred by the popularity of the building as a convenient and accessible location for communication and high-technology companies.
