NEW YORK CITY-A media company, Omnicom Group Inc. is in talks with a retirement system to lease a larger space in East Side office tower.
TIAA-CREF (Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association-College Retirement Equities Fund) is also in talks with tenants about 685 Third Ave., a 559,000-square-foot property, which will be vacated by Pfizer Inc.
