JUNO BEACH, FL-Toll Brothers Inc., a high-end home developer, has started construction on the 77-acre Tony waterfront project on Intracoastal Waterway in Florida. The firm purchased the site located close to Juno Beach, Florida, from WCI Communities Inc. for $20 million in March 2010.

Toll proposes to construct 48 single-family houses and 30 carriage-style homes with each house possessing a boat slip. Smaller homes start at a base price of $700,000. For the full story, go to The Wall Street Journal.
