MIAMI BEACH, FL-BH III LLC, a real estate developer, has completed the construction of a six-story, 116-unit high-end condo project at Terra Beachside 6000 Collins. The condo, located in the center of Miami Beach, features one-to three-bedroom units measuring between 1,095 square feet and 3,495 square feet with prices ranging from $200,000 to over $600,000.

BH III bought the property from Sieger Suarez, who originally conceived the project in 2004. The project just received approval from the FHA and Fannie Mae. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
