NEW YORK-Meredith is now exploring the eastside at 205 E. 42nd St. for larger space. The parent company of Family Circle had negotiated earlier for a larger space at Hiro Plaza situated at 150 E. 42nd St., in which the company already has offices.
However, the Durst Organization is enticing Meredith to a 375,000 square foot space located east of Third Avenue between 42nd and 43rd streets. Meredith is now looking to merge nearly 250,000 square feet of space at Dursts. For the full story, go to NY Post.
