NEW YORK CITY-One of largest office-building landlords in New York, SL Green Realty Corp., is planning to sell a Midtown Manhattan tower at 19 West 44th St. for $123.2 million to Deka Immobilien Investment GmbH, a German investment fund.

The 18-story building, which measures 292,000 square feet, was purchased by SL Green for an amount of $67 million in 2004. CB Richard Ellis' vice chairman, Darcy Stacom represented SL Green in the transaction. For the full story, go to Wall Street Journal.
