NEW YORK-Isabella Fiore and Carlos Falchi, famous handbag makers, are moving to 11,695 square feet of space at 550 Seventh Ave. The two designers, brought together under the Artisan House, will occupy the entire 12th floor.
The asking rent was $42 per square foot. Fiore will be moving from 80 W. 40th St. while Falchi will shift from 260 W. 39th St. In the transaction, Kaufman Organization represented the landlord while Benchmark Properties represented the tenant. For the full story, go to NY Post.
