Study: Greening Raises Property Values by Double Digits

PHILADELPHIA-A Wharton School study measuring the impact of investments in greening and vacant land management in the Kensington area saw property values rise between 9% and 64% following application of the Green City Strategy.

Deutsche Bank, Guggenheim Focus Talks on RREEF Sale
