DAYTONA BEACH, FL-A Florida-based limited liability company has purchased a 13,841-square-foot Walgreens located at 2620 South Nova Road (SR 5A) in Daytona Beach from a Florida-based private investor for $2.39 million. The sale was announced by Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services.

In the transaction, the seller was represented by Patrick O'Halloran and Leon Brockmeier of Marcus & Millichap's Atlanta and Tampa office, respectively. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
