BAYVILLE, NJ-Morgan Real Estate, Inc. has negotiated the sale of a freestanding drugstore of Walgreens. Bayville Triess, LLC has purchased the Walgreens drugstore situated at the northwest corner of Route 9 and Korman Road in Bayville, NJ.

Marabella Commercial Finance and Morgan Real Estate helped Bayville Triess in obtaining a CMBS non-recourse loan of $4.6 million. MRE's Greg Woulfe and George Morgan, Jr. represented the buyer in the deal. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
