TAMPA, FL-Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has negotiated the sale of a single-tenant net-leased building in Hendersonville, NC. A Florida-based limited liability company has purchased Walgreens Pharmacy #10886, a 15,371-square-foot property, situated at 1148 Asheville Highway for $5,033,000.
