WELLINGTON, FL-Healthcare Trust of America (HTA), Inc. has purchased the fifth building of a five-building medical office complex in Wellington from Rendina Companies for $12.825 million. Wellington Medical Arts Pavilion III is a four-floor, multi-tenant medical office tower spanning 48,000 square feet. It is 100% occupied and Wellington Regional Medical Center is its major tenant.

HTA had already bought four buildings of the complex from the developer. The REIT has acquired the entire medical office portfolio for about $84.24 million. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
