ORLANDO-International Drive Development Investors LLC, a partnership between Winter Park-based Equinox Development Properties Inc. and Orlando-based Byblos Development Inc., has recently purchased a 9-acre site situated on the southwest corner of Central Florida Parkway and International Drive from Busch Properties of Florida Inc. for $4.5 million. The joint venture will start construction work on a new retail center measuring 55,000 square feet near SeaWorld Orlando in June.
