NEWTON, MA-Jones Lang LaSalle has brokered a lease deal for an office space in Newton. Curaspan Health Group Inc. has leased 16,812 square feet at Riverside Center located at 275 Grove St. from Equity Office Properties.

Curaspan will relocate its 8,812-square-foot headquarters from One Gateway Center to the larger space at Riverside Center in October. Colliers International's Leeanne Rizzo and James Elcock represented the tenant, while Jones Lang LaSalle's Keith Gurtler and Alex Dauria represented the landlord in the lease transaction.
