WASHINGTON, DC-The 57,800-sf office building at 475 School St. SW finds a new owner in a local family partnership as part of a Section 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange transaction. The family acquires the majority interest in the building for nearly $17.8 million from Meritage Properties.
