CARROLLWOOD, FL-Weingarten Realty Investors has completed the acquisition of a 6.33-acre property on Northdale Boulevard located just west of Dale Mabry Highway in Carrollwood. The firm is planning to replace the old JCPenney Credit Processing building on the property with a freestanding center for Whole Foods Market.

Weingarten Realty will construct the 37,144-square-foot supermarket for Whole Foods Market. Jeff Tolrud with Colliers International Tampa Bay represented Northdale Associates Ltd., the seller, in the deal. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal .
