ORLANDO-Morrison Commercial Real Estate has closed two lease deals totaling 39,132 square feet in Orlando. Elsevier, Inc. has renewed its lease for 25,852 square feet at Millenia Park One and Furniture1, Inc. has renewed its lease for 13,280 square feet of space at 2160 Premier Row.

Richard Solik with Cushman & Wakefield represented Elsevier and David Lee with Atlantic Realty Services Group represented Furniture1, while Morrison Commercial Real Estate brokers represented the landlords in both lease deals. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal .
