Feldman Mall REIT Buys Colonie Center for $82M

ALBANY-Feldman Mall Properties acquires the 1.2-million-sf Colonie Center mall here in an all-cash deal for $82.2 million. The property was purchased from a joint venture of the Blackstone Real Estate Group and Polaris Capital.
